Lone Oak Speedway 2008

Box Stock class is being changed to Vintage karts. Small tube chassis of one and an eighth inch tube are allowed to
add the left rear adjustable cassette. Larger tube chassis are now allowed but must be a 1999 or older, year must be
proven by a stamp or marking. Stock adjustments only. Must follow WKA rule for seat location, height, etc.
Engines:
No camshaft rule.
No gear rule.
Engines must follow 2008 WKA 4-cycle Engine Specifications and Regulations.
Negatives to the change: Cost of engines.
Benefits to the change: Raises kart count by allowing vintage karts to be able to run in Lite, Medium, Heavy, Sr. Pro,
and/or Super Heavy. And allows racers that have WKA engines and old chassis laying around to join this class.
